Litian disc cutter hub is forged from high-quality alloy steel, heat treatment hardness is HRC36-40, with good wear resistance, deformation resistance, comprehensive performance. We have developed cutter hubs according to different geological conditions and working conditions in a targeted manner to best suit the requirements of different strata. The roughcast of the cutter hub is forged, which makes the material structure dense and improves the load capacity.
The hubs are processed by CNC machines, and the inner holes of the bearing seats at both ends are processed at one time to ensure the machining accuracy, and there is no damage, deformation, severe wear of the cutter hub.
